The Frankfurt Galaxy Head Coach had been working for the Buccaneers from 1987 - 1989 and of course he had a very close eye on the very well performing Aaron Stecker at Super Bowl 2003.
From his point of view as a special analyst for Liberty TV, the Galaxy 2000 might have had a bit too much of self confidence as the defending Champion in order to repeat the 1999 World Bowl triumph.
But in his third year @ Galaxy Doug Graber had finally won the World Bowl and he also became the head coach of the year.
