The Goat Year was nice for many Snakes, who did peak at Super Bowl 50 with Cam Newton and a Cold Play Chris Martin show.
And on January 28 the Year of the Monkey has melted into the 2017 Year of the Rooster.
Snakes
in the limelight
Patriots' Tom Brady has won his 5th Super Bowl after trailing by 25 points.
Steve Bannon was pulled into the White House as "Dog" Donald Trump's adviser.
Rapper Kanye West reports depressions and paranoia.
German Angelique Kerber has become the new No. 1 in Tennis and she did also win the U.S. Open.
Taylor Swift has dumped her ambitious "Rooster" Tom Hiddleston after only 7 months.
Von Miller has signed a $114 million deal at the Broncos and Andrew Luck is the best paid quarterback with a $140 million contract.
Taylor Swift has won a Grammy for the best album of the year and Brie Larsen took the best actress Oscar while Chris Rock had been the star of the show.
Snakes are the masters of wisdom and often they are very relaxed and capable. They dread noise and love harmony and sunshine madly.
Success was rare for the Snakes in the previous years of the Rooster and only in Germany we saw manager Felix Magath winning the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich.
But despite limited opportunities the Snakes will surely appreciate the much more down to earth character of the Rooster year after that long and crazy Monkey year, which had only been good for the new German Tennis queen Angelique Kerber.
But unfortunately the ruling Rooster sign and the Snake are not the greatest of friends, so that the fortune stars might be a bit limited in 2017.
In fact, the Monkey is way to jumpy and tricky or the mostly slow and cautious Snake, so that problems may arise throughout 2016 when less fortune stars allocated than in the 2015 Goat Year.
Certainly the Snakes will feel requested to speed things up a bit and to even risk some sort of big jumps in their life.
Snakes may feel it, when the crazy Monkey will be throwing sticks and stones at them what usually indicates, that it is about tome to move on.
Courage and confidence will be needed as well as wisdom, what was shown by Lennox Lewis during the last year of the Monkey when "Pig" Vitali Klitschko had entered the highest level in boxing.
At that moment Lennox Lewis had to come up with everything to win the fight against the giant Ukrainian power machine and after this hard fought win the brave Jamaican did retire, what was probably the best move in his life to preserve his health and champion status by simply jumping out of the game.
