In 2006 the Green Bay Packers had wanted Brian Wrobel to be one of the Berlin Thunder quarterbacks after things had not worked out too well for him at the Seattle Seahawks.
In Berlin he had been on the field on second string quarterback scoring some 28 of 60 passes for 293 yards and one touchdown.
But then also in Green Bay things went shady after Brian Wrobel had not been able to impress that much and he moved on into the Rhein Fire 2007 for another fairly mediocre season, which has been his last appearance in NFL Football
