Day 21

Quarter Finals day 2

saw German Rat Jogi Loew vs Rat Diego Maradona and Tiger Vicente del Bosque vs Tiger Gerardo Martino in a year with many clashes like that.

For example the Rabbit showdown in the final of the Champions League between van Gaal and Mourinho with the better end for Inter thanks to Goat Milito who might become the Killer of the German team in the same way as Rat Oscar Tevez.

Goat Diego Forlan had saved Uruguay, Rat Wesley Snijder the Netherlands. Who will be the big shots by the end of today?

Argentina 0 Germany 4

The German strike force had shocked Argentina with an early 1:0 by Snake Thomas Mueller after a fine free kick from Rat Bastian Schweinsteiger.

After that Germany could have scored more goals.

In the second half Argentina had not been able to get going and Germany scored twice with Horse Miroslav Klose and with Goat defender Arne Friedrich.

Argentina did not have any clues and the Rabbits Lionel Messi and Gonzalo Higuain had locked unlucky most of the time and it seems that only Goat Milito could have saved the team.

Perhaps Diego Rat Armadona had copied the mistake of failed Rat Marcello Lippi who had been thrown out with Italy due to the much too late introduction of Goat Andrea Pirlo.

preview

a great Showdown between the 2 Rat coaches Diego Maradona and Jogi Loew who both build on fast offensive strikers.

Certainly the 2 Rabbits Messi and Higuain and Rat Carlos Teves have become the pride of Argentina whilst Germany presents also a Top Rat with Bastian Schweinsteiger but in addition the striking Dragon mesut Oezil who can form a match winning duo with Snake Mueller.

Most important for the match will be the defense where both teams have shown weak spots mainly at Monkey Demichelis and German Rat Mertesacker.

Germany prides at least 2 world class defenders with Pig Philipp Lahm and Goat Arne Friedrich.

Again another truly open classic battle between two of the most charismatic teams in the world which both had looked very impressive during this World Cup.

If Loew can win, he might become a true Champion Rat like Rat Lippi or Rat Scolari. If Diego Maradona will win, he will be bound to be even greater than he ever was.

So far only German Rooster Kaiser Franz Beckenbauer has won the World Cup as a coach and as a player.

At this World Cup Rat Diego Armando Maradona has a solid chance to achieve the same glories and in fact it would also be the third consecutive title for the Rats.

Another fact is, that Diego Maradona has won the World Cup back in the 1986 Tiger Year, so that his chances for winning the title seem to be tremendous.

Why not ? Or will he fall against his younger sign mate who has just demolished England with the youngest German team ever ?

Tip: Argentina 2 Germany 1

Spain 1 Paraguay 0

A strong Paraguay had looked much better than Spain during the first half and was disallowed a clear goal.

Pig Oscar Cardozo and Spanish Rooster Xabi Alonso had both failed to convert penalties that were saved by the goal keepers.

In the end a goal by Rooster David Villa made all the difference bringing the 1:0 win for Spain.

preview

A clear chance for Tiger Vicente del Bosque to take Spain into the semi final thanks to his Rat Iniesta and Rooster David Villa.

Tip: Spain 2 Paraguay 0
