During the morning hours Unawatuna beach is very quiet and bathing in the sunshine and an occasional swim lead to finest relaxation.
Nevertheless, visitors are well advised to take it easy with the very strong morning sun, which can cause severe damages to a white skin.
Swimming out to the Unawatuna rocks was not so popular, although it is a wonderful exercise especially when the lovely Bay is looking as peaceful as this.
