Almost completed was a wonderful example of International cooperation between people from the German Island Langeoog and the brave and hard working fishermen of Unawatuna, who were receiving a new quality home and market inside this building.
Around $16.000 had been raised by the Langeoog islanders for this exceptional project, which was coordinated by guest house owner Gerd, who has done a lot of down to earth charity projects in Southern Sri Lanka.
One of the nicest guest houses in Unawatuna is the Langeoog.
