The historic construction involves the famous Vispan Company, which is driven by Kong Panya, the daughter of Kong Sam Ol, Minister of the Royal Palace.
The final stage of the construction was coming closer after the precious top had been brought into position.
Only members of the Royal family were wearing black and white whilst ordinary people had only been able to buy it in black.
The construction of the monument had started in back in November 2012.
