Widest parts of Cambodia are getting flooded each year and back in 2011 it had been close to see wider parts of also Phnom Penh under water which was brought in all the way from the northern mountains in Laos.
And every year the mighty Mekong River becomes so large and spectacular when coming down into Cambodia from China.
And in 2011 the Mekong River had once again been pressing giant amounts of water against the Tonle sap River right in Phnom Penh, where the two giant waters had been meeting and leaving citizens away from a big catastrophe only by less than half a meter while already some parts of the city were suffering from high ground water levels.
