Finding some good pasta in Phnom Penh is fairly easy, but to find a really good one requires to visit the superb Limoncello on Riverside Boulevard right next to the infamous California Two restaurant, which has just been taken over by Harry's Sundance team.
Certainly on top are those breakfast plates at the Anjali restaurant, which are starting at around $4 for such neat vegetarian selections.
Also plates with nice sausages and bacon can be highly recommended.
